Food has always been a major focus for us. Simple but great has always been our goal. We hand form our burgers, cut & bread our fish and make all our sauces & dressings in house. Give us a try we think you will be impressed. 

HOUSE SPECIALTIES

The Big Fattie Burrito - Spicy black beans, Spanish rice rolled in a flour tortilla. Covered with our red chili sauce, cheddar & jack cheeses. Topped with sour cream and pico de gallo. Served with house tortilla chips on the side. $7.95 Add chicken $3.50 Grilled Steak - $4.50

Fish & Chips- Alaskan true cod, hand cut then dipped in pale ale batter and seasoned breadcrumbs. Served with coleslaw, fries and tartar sauce. $12.95


Hot Turkey Sandwich- Roasted turkey breast served open-faced on grilled sourdough with garlic-mashed potatoes. All smothered with our house gravy. Cranberry sauce served on the side. $11.50


Lucile’s Meatloaf – Ground beef and pork blended with sautéed peppers, onions, garlic and herbs. Oven baked, served open faced with garlic-mashed potatoes and topped with house gravy. $11.95

Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos  - Mahi Mahi fillet marinated with garlic, cilantro & lime. Grilled & folded in three flour tortillas. Topped with chipotle spiked cabbage slaw & fresh cut pico de gallo. Served with our Spanish rice & black beans. $12.95

 
Rancho Sirloin - seven ounces of top sirloin marinated with carne asada spice blend. Grilled medium rare and topped with roasted green chilies and grilled onion. Served with pinto beans & Spanish rice $11.95
 
The Taco Platter - Four corn tortillas filled with our seasoned roast pork, cilantro, onion, salsa rojo and lime wedge. Served with our whole pinto beans, Spanish rice. $10.95

Verde Pork Burrito - The new kid in town. seasoned shredded pork, Spanish rice & pinto beans. Wrapped in a giant flour tortilla, covered with green chile sauce & melted cheddar and jack cheese. Finished with sour cream. $11.95

Mixed Green - Romaine, red leaf and iceberg lettuce topped with red onions, cucumbers, carrots and diced tomatoes. Served with your choice of dressings

Caesar Salad - Papa Guido's own recipe.  A true classic!  Romaine, parmesan cheese & homemade croutons tossed in our Caesar dressing. $5.95 small $7.95 Large Add Grilled Chicken $3.50 Grilled Salmon $5.50

Sirloin Salad – Top sirloin marinated in balsamic vinegar, red wine and herbs. Grilled medium rare and thin sliced. Served over mixed greens that are tossed with feta cheese, diced tomatoes, carrots and red onion in a tomato basil vinaigrette. $12.50

Santa Fe Chicken Salad - Breast of chicken marinated with cumin & chili powder. Grilled and served on a bed of mixed greens. Tossed with tomatoes, tortilla chips, pepper jack cheese and a black bean and corn salsa in a roasted chili vinaigrette. $12.50


Hot Wing Chicken Salad – Marinated chicken breast grilled & tossed in our hot wing sauce. Served over romaine, roma tomatoes & bacon tossed in blue cheese dressing  $12.50

The Greek Salad – Romaine, red onion, kalamata, olives, cucumbers & roma tomatoes. Tossed in a oregano & red wine vinaigrette. Topped with crumbled feta cheese. Served with toasted pita triangles. $8.95 Add Grilled Chicken $3.50

Saloon Hot Wings – One pound of chicken drummettes baked with our special spice blend, quick-fried and tossed in Mr. Big’s hot sauce. $8.95

Chipotle Barbecue Wings – A smoky, spicy twist on our wings. One pound of drummettes rubbed with spices, roasted & quick fried. Tossed in our chipotle pepper spiked BBQ sauce. Served with ranch for dipping. $8.95


The Quesadilla- Your choice of grilled chicken or sautéed peppers & onions with spicy black beans. Folded with fresh cut pico de gallo, cheddar & jack cheeses inside a giant grilled flour tortilla. Topped with more pico de gallo and served with sour cream & salsa. $9.95


Husky Nachos – Our house made corn chips layered with black beans and cheddar & jack cheeses. Topped with fresh-cut pico de gallo and served with guacamole, salsa and sour cream. $9.95

The Mediterranean Plate- Hummus, feta cheese and marinated cucumbers. Served with warm pita bread. Chili roasted garlic cloves on request $7.95 Add Grilled Chicken $3.50

Asian Chicken Satay - Chicken breast rubbed with Asian curry, garlic & lemongrass. Grilled & served with ginger soy sauce & toasted pita. $7.95

Sirloin Steak Skewers - Four top sirloin steak skewers marinated with lemongrass, garlic & ginger. Grilled & served with our special soy sauce & toasted pita.  $9.95

A Taste of the Saloon -
 A combo plate to share. Taste size portions of our Hot wings, Chicken Satay & Sirloin skewer. Topped off with hummus, feta cheese & grilled pita. $10.95

Nickerson Antipasto - Our famous fried artichoke hearts and marinated mushrooms. Paired with salami, provolone, fresh mozzarella & tomatoes. Served with toasted pita bread. $9.50

Served with choice of fries or a cup of soup. Sub mixed green salad or caesar for $2.00

Saloon Burger- Our own blend of seasonings, combined with 1/2 lb of lean ground beef. Grilled to order and topped with cheddar cheese and bacon. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion and Saloon sauce on a sesame bun. $10.25


Carne Asada Steak Sandwich – Carne asada style top sirloin rubbed with chilies, citrus & spices. Grilled & topped with fresh avocado slices, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes & a cilantro lime sauce. Served on a toasted ciabatta roll. $10.95


The Porter Chicken – Breast of chicken marinated in Porter Ale with honey, garlic and dijon mustard. Grilled and topped with swiss cheese and our honey ale mustard. Served with lettuce, tomato, Kosher dill pickle and red onion on a toasted roll. $10.25

Turkey Ruben- House roasted turkey breast topped with coleslaw, Swiss cheese and Louie sauce. Served on grilled rye bread. $9.95

The Veggie Burger– Our famous veggie burger! A house made patty of grilled eggplant, sweet onion, red & green peppers blended with breadcrumbs and spices. Grilled and topped with swiss cheese and roasted garlic mayo. Served on a toasted ciabatta roll. $9.95

Club Sandwich- Roasted turkey, honey cured ham, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on grilled sourdough.
